BiographyCorinne Prost M.Sc. is an organizational behavior specialist with a particular focus on collaboration, well-being, and performance at work. Corinne has integrated her roles as a consultant (founder of CAP formation) and regular, part-time lecturer at HEC Montréal (the affiliated business school of University of Montreal- BAA, MBA, DESS programs) to hone her expertise to shape emotional intelligence practices and training methodologies to support individuals and teams, professionals, leaders and students in their impact and well-being. In 2018, she crafted and launched a training program on collective intelligence for Executive Education of HEC Montreal. In 2022, she designed a program on collaboration and team dynamics based on the Hackman model and Vanessa Urch Druskat and Steven B. Wolff’s Theory of Group Emotional Intelligence (GEI). Her commitment extended to the MBA program where she has facilitated numerous workshops nurturing emotional intelligence within teams, fostering collaborative and emotionally intelligent learning environments. Corinne's influence extends beyond the classroom. Her co-authored book, "Le codéveloppement: former et apprendre en misant sur l’intelligence collective," stands as a testament to her commitment to collective learning. She has also authored published chapters and articles, delving into some of the intricacies of emotional intelligence and social competence development. Earlier in her career, Corinne spent several years as a human resources specialist for Marsh & McLennan’s (NYSE: MMC) Mercer consulting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada before evolving her focus to talent development more than 10 years ago. A dual France and Canadian citizen, Corinne, is fluently bilingual in both English and French, and has lived in several countries on three different continents. Corinne has a B.Sc. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Human Resources. She has completed her MSCEIT and ESCI Certification programs. She is a Certified Master Trainer for Psychometrics Canada with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She is a member of CRITEOS, Research and Intervention Center for Work, Organizational Effectiveness and Health, at HEC Montréal. She seats on the research committee of the AQCP (Association Québécoise de Codéveloppement Professionnel) since 2018. In her practice CAP formation, in 2023, she holds training programs and conferences on the levers of collaboration and emotional intelligence in several industries, Health (University Integrated Center Health and Social Services of Montreal, Quebec), Education, Legal, Distribution, Banking.
