BiographyJenny Lee is a seasoned professional with a diverse background, holding a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and a master's degree from Harvard University. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in organizational psychology at Rutgers University. Her research focuses on developing effective programs and policies for "encore" employees, fostering multigenerational collaboration, managing conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness. With prior experience as the CFO and COO of a multi-strategy arbitrage hedge fund, she brings extensive financial strategy expertise and startup leadership experience. Notably, Jenny has successfully spearheaded the establishment of multiple domestic and international proprietary trading desks for American banks, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex financial environments and drive strategic growth initiatives.
