BiographyDr. Sanjay Kumar Singh has Doctoral degree in Psychology with specialization in Organizational Behavior from University of Delhi, Delhi, India. He has successfully cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for lectureship conducted by the University Grant Commission (UGC), India. At present, Dr. Singh is Associate Professor – OB&HRM, Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, U.P., India. He has approximately twelve years of work experience. He has published 5 Edited Books in the area of Management, 7 book chapters, and 26 research papers in refereed national & international research journals; and has successfully organized ONE national and THREE international conferences. Dr. Singh is an approved Ph.D. research supervisor of GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi, India. Dr. Singh teaches and has taught Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Leadership in Organizations, Cross-Cultural Management, Competency Mapping & Assessment Centers, and Psychological Testing. On the Academic-Administrative Space, Dr. Singh successfully looked after the Student Affairs portfolio as Chairperson at IMT Ghaziabad for five continuous academic years (2006-20111).
