BiographyNasser Alhamami is an experienced and Professional Researcher. His main research interests are in leadership, emotions at work, organizational psychology, with an emphasis on emotional intelligence, Organizational Behavior, and Performance. He is a professional English and Arabic translator with a demonstrated history of working in translation, localization, proofreading, language monitor, internal marketing and communication. He is passionate about promoting emotional or social intelligence through research and direct application in order to promote sustainable behavior change.
